Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your online order and return the goods within 14 days for a refund minus the original delivery charge. Do this by printing and completing the form at the bottom of our website marked “Returns Note”

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Any goods returned should be in a clean resalable condition with the original tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept blouses/shirts, socks or tights back if the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.

If you want to exchange for a different size, colour or style, postage and packing costs both ways are your responsibility. We will charge the additional postage cost to your card at the same rate as your original order when we despatch your exchange items, alternatively you may exchange your items at our store at no extra charge.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for in-store purchases.  Please return your unwanted items purchased in-store within 28 days of purchase together with your till receipt for an exchange or in-store vouchers.

Faulty Goods

If you believe that an item is faulty please return it to us. We will inspect the item to assess if it is considered a manufacturing fault.

Faulty items must be returned clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974). Where a product has care instructions, you must follow these instructions. We are not liable for any loss or damage in the event that the instructions have not been followed.

A refund or exchange will only be issued after inspection of goods and may be returned for inspection by manufacturer if necessary. Please allow up to 10 days for this to take place. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Goods must be returned to: Victoria 2 Schoolwear, 246 Hoe Street, Walthamstow, London E17 3AX. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked postal service.
