These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Victoria 2 Schoolwear. Please read carefully before placing any orders. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds (£). Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude postage and packaging.

The prices and promotions offered on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in our store.

We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the period specified in the promotion. If no period is specified we may alter or end the promotion and price reductions at any time. All “was” prices have been charged for a continuous period of 28 days in the last six months either our website or our store. “Was up to” prices refer to the highest priced size. “From” refers to the lowest priced size.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and product specifications on the website at any time before (but not after) we accept your order

Product Photos, Colours & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate. Product photos are taken internally or provided by the manufacturers. Because colour representation in photography, printing, scanning and computer monitors can vary, the colours should be used for guidance only. Some product styles may have been changed slightly since the photos were taken. The photos should therefore be used as a general indication of the style and fit only. If you wish to clarify any product details before ordering please contact us.

Product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.


Once you have placed an order on this website, we will not accept the order and complete the contract until we dispatch the products ordered. If there is a problem with your order, e.g. a problem with your credit card or we do not have the products ordered in stock, and we cannot accept the contract, we will advise you by telephone or email.

Out of Stock

We carry large stocks of the items on this website. However due to the wide range of size and colour combinations some items may be temporarily out of stock. We will often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock for longer than 10 days the customer will be notified and given the option to continue with the rest of your order, substitute the unavailable items with similar alternatives, or cancel. We will be happy to discuss your options when we contact you.


Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorize us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected including VAT and delivery charges. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellations will be made to the same card. Where payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund minus the original delivery charge. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you and obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number, which you should include with your returns. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Any goods returned should be in a clean resalable condition with the original tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept blouses/shirts, socks or tights back if the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.

If you want to exchange for a different size, colour or style, postage and packing costs both ways are your responsibility. We will charge the additional postage cost to your card at the same rate as your original order when we despatch your exchange items, alternatively you may exchange your items at our store at no extra charge.

Faulty Goods

If you believe that an item is faulty please return it to us. We will inspect the item to assess if it is considered a manufacturing fault.

Faulty items must be returned clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974). Where a product has care instructions, you must follow these instructions. We are not liable for any loss or damage in the event that the instructions have not been followed.

A refund or exchange will only be issued after inspection of goods and may be returned for inspection by manufacturer if necessary. Please allow up to 14 days for this to take place. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Goods must be returned to: Victoria 2 Schoolwear, 246 Hoe Street, Walthamstow, London E17 3AX. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked postal service.


We would like you to be confident about ordering online, we use secure technology to ensure that your details are safe and information you provide is fully encrypted so that third parties cannot read it. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your credit or debit card information (Confidential Information) is kept secure. However, we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access by a third party to your Confidential Information.
